Mandi Ford Argo is a program strategist, facilitator, and fractional leader with over 13 years of experience working with mission-driven organizations to grow startups and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She’s the founder of Aster Consulting, where she partners with accelerators, nonprofits, schools, and corporates to design and lead high-impact programs—ranging from pitch competitions and youth entrepreneurship camps to founder coaching and strategic planning.

Before launching Aster, Mandi served as the Director of Tulsa and Director of Venture Growth at Venture For America, where she supported aspiring entrepreneurs and built community in emerging startup cities. She holds an Executive Master’s in Public Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and brings both heart and strategy to everything she does.

Mandi is passionate about creating bold, inclusive spaces where founders, leaders, and young people can thrive. She lives in Tulsa with her husband, their joyful toddler, and two lovable pups—and brings that same sense of energy, curiosity, and care to every project she takes on.
